Protocol boundaries

Fund Registry is a non-custodial publishing tool. By using this service, you acknowledge the following:

Non-custodialWe never hold, receive, or transmit funds. Bitcoin is sent directly to the address published by the page creator.

Irreversible transactionsBitcoin transactions cannot be reversed, refunded, or disputed. Verify the address and the campaign before sending.

Verification scopeWallet verification proves cryptographic control of the listed address. It does not verify identity, intent, or truthfulness.

Campaign Key ownershipAccess to a campaign page is controlled by a downloaded Campaign Key file. Fund Registry cannot recover it, but access can be restored by signing a wallet challenge with the funding address.

Time-bound pagesAll pages expire. Free pages last 10 days. Paid pages last 30 or 90 days. After expiry, pages enter a grace period and then are tombstoned.

Immutable Bitcoin addressThe listed Bitcoin address cannot be changed after page creation. Fund Registry is Bitcoin-only. This is a security measure to prevent address-swap attacks.

For page creators

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your page description.
You must control the Bitcoin address you publish. Wallet verification is required for paid tiers.
You must download and securely store your Campaign Key. Fund Registry cannot recover it, but you can regain access via wallet signature.
Pages that violate applicable law or are reported as fraudulent may be removed.

For donors

Verify the campaign and address before sending any Bitcoin.
A green verification badge means the creator proved wallet control — not that the campaign is legitimate.
Transactions are final. Fund Registry cannot reverse, refund, or mediate payments.
Do your own due diligence. We are a registry, not an escrow or intermediary.

Beta disclaimer

Fund Registry is currently in beta. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

As-is service. Fund Registry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Known defects. The service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality. Some features may not work as expected.
No uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Right to modify. Features, data, pricing, and terms may change at any time without notice. Beta features may never reach general availability.
Data persistence. Campaign pages, uploaded content, and associated data may be deleted or reset during the beta period. Back up your Campaign Key and any important information.
No liability. Fund Registry is not liable for any damages, data loss, or financial loss arising from use of the service during the beta period.
Feedback. Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation or compensation.

Report abuse

If you believe a campaign is fraudulent, illegal, or violates these terms, report it by including the campaign URL or verification code. Reports are reviewed manually.
